Hey, everyone,<\/p>\n

It’s sure been busy around here!\u00c2\u00a0 We’re really getting into the season now, what with the weather (finally!) getting summery, and people wrapping up another school year.\u00c2\u00a0 In the past week alone, we’re carried many proud graduates (and their even prouder moms and dads) on our Seattle scenic flights<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 We’ve also welcomed people from Germany, Austria, Mexico, California… and from right here in Seattle, too!<\/p>\n

My friend Kirk came up from Colorado to take his ASES (airplane single-engine sea) checkride.\u00c2\u00a0 Of course he passed :-)\u00c2\u00a0 Kirk has an interesting flying career: he flew helicopters in the military, and now flies a corporate jet.\u00c2\u00a0 He came to us with an AMES (airplane multi-engine seaplane) rating, and he has several hundred hours in a Grumman Albatross<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 That’s cool!<\/p>\n

Hey – if you’re stumped for ideas for Father’s Day, or for that special graduate in your life, how about a seaplane ride?\u00c2\u00a0 A scenic flight, perhaps, or an introductory flight lesson? It’s a unique gift they’ll always remember!<\/p>\n
